Shipping & Return Policy


All stock items are shipped from our New Jersey warehouse.


A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is provided within 24hours after an order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).


Unless specified as “Free Shipping”, shipping rates are calculated and applied depending on the weight of the package.  We ship via USPS, UPS, and other carrier service providers.


Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, returned, or delayed by the carrier service providers.


International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes.


Your satisfaction is our number one priority.  If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.


Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date.


Only products purchased on may be returned for a refund.


Only new and unopened items are accepted for return and should be in the same condition as when you received it.


Only the items specified in the original return request and confirmed by us will be refunded.


Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.


Unconfirmed items included in the return package will not be refunded and will be sent back to you at your expense.


All returning shipping costs must be prepaid by customer.


Please email with your order number and return reason.

We will contact you for returning eligibility within 7 business days.


Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.



Once your return is received, inspected, and approved for a refund, we will send you an email with the refundable amount.


The refundable amount will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 3-7 business days for the credit to post back to your account.

Sale items (if applicable)

Products on sale during promotions and certain promotion items are often not eligible for return.  Please check the parameters of the promotion before purchasing.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, email your request to  We will review and reply to your request within 7 business days.
